I've seen multiple iterations on TRWW for this type of stem. It works really well and cools amazingly but it seems like plant matter (kief and herb) will go through the screen and causes it to go in your mouth. I slipped in a thin bent screen into the mouthpiece portion which seems to help it not happen but it makes it so that I have to iso wash it more often, not a huge issue, just a nitpick.
